1. Who issues this cookie policy
This cookie policy is issued by VOLTECHAI LIMITED, 268a Barking Road, London, E6 3BA, United Kingdom, for the website https://voltechai.pro. It explains how we use cookies and similar technologies when you visit the site, how that use relates to the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR) and the UK GDPR, and how you can control storage on your device. The privacy policy describes the wider processing of personal data. This document is the cookie-specific notice. Contact: admin@voltechai.pro. Telephone: +44 7894 123987.
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, pixel tags, scripts that read device attributes, and embedded third-party frames. We use the word cookies in this policy to cover those technologies unless a distinction matters. We do not use cookies to parody bureaucracy, to run a scanner product, or to operate a consumer social network on this site. We use them to run a corporate engineering website and, where you consent or the law allows, to understand how the bureau pages are used.
2. Legal standard we apply
PECR requires consent for non-essential cookies unless an exemption applies. The exemption for cookies that are strictly necessary to provide a service you have requested is interpreted narrowly. A cookie that remembers a cookie-banner choice may be necessary for that choice to work. A cookie that measures marketing campaigns is not strictly necessary. UK GDPR still applies to personal data derived from cookies. Consent must be informed, specific, freely given and as easy to withdraw as to give.
We do not bury consent in terms and conditions. We do not use pre-ticked boxes. If this site displays a control for non-essential cookies, that control is the mechanism. If a page contains only strictly necessary storage, a banner may be limited or absent. The Google Maps iframe on the contact page is a third-party embed; loading it may cause Google to set its own cookies. That is described below.
3. Categories of cookies
Strictly necessary cookies include those required to load the site, to keep a session security token if one is introduced, to store a record that you have refused or accepted optional cookies, and to perform load balancing. Without them the site may not function. They are used on the basis that they are necessary for the service, not on a marketing legitimate-interest theory.
Preference cookies remember presentation choices such as a dismissed notice. We currently keep presentation simple and may not set preference cookies at all. If we add them, they will be listed in the table we maintain internally and summarised here on the next update.
Analytics cookies help us count visits, see which docket pages are read, and find broken layouts. They are not strictly necessary. We will only set analytics cookies that identify your device over time if you consent, unless we use a configuration that is genuinely anonymous and falls within ICO guidance then in force. We prefer aggregated counts.
Marketing cookies track users across sites to build advertising segments. VOLTECHAI LIMITED does not currently operate third-party advertising cookies on voltechai.pro to sell banner space. We will not silently enrol visitors of this bureau site into a programmatic identity graph. If that ever changed, this policy would be updated first and consent obtained.
4. First-party cookies we may set
A first-party cookie is set by voltechai.pro. Examples include a short-lived cookie recording that a cookie notice was closed, and any future load-balancer cookie. Duration is typically a session or up to twelve months for a consent record. The exact names can change with hosting. You can inspect them in your browser. We will not use first-party cookies to store your unmarked engineering brief; briefs submitted through the form are sent as a POST request and handled as correspondence, not as a cookie payload.
5. Third-party cookies and embeds
The contact page and the homepage contact preview include a Google Maps iframe whose query is 268a Barking Road, London, E6 3BA, United Kingdom, matching our operating address. When the browser loads that iframe, Google may set cookies and process data under Google’s terms. If you do not wish to interact with Google in that way, do not load or interact with the map; the address is also printed as plain text. We include the map so that the location can be verified, not to profile you for advertising on our behalf.
We load fonts from Google Fonts. Depending on how the font request is made, Google may receive your IP address. That is a network request inherent in using the font stylesheet. We consider the visual identity of the bureau, including the stamped display face and the readable body face, to be part of the site you requested. If you block third-party font requests, the site will fall back to system fonts and remain readable.
We do not currently embed social network share buttons that set tracking cookies. We do not embed YouTube autoplay. If a case-study video is added later, we will prefer a privacy-enhanced embed or a click-to-load pattern and will update this policy.
6. How to control cookies
You can delete cookies in your browser settings, block third-party cookies, and use tracking protection. Blocking all cookies may affect the map embed and any future login area. Browser controls differ between Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge. Device-level advertising identifiers on mobile operating systems are separate from this site’s cookies; we do not require you to reset them to use voltechai.pro.
If we provide a consent management tool, use it to withdraw analytics consent. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. We will keep a record of the withdrawal so that we do not set the same analytics cookies again until you change your mind.
7. Server logs that are not cookies
Hosting logs that record IP addresses and requested paths are not cookies, because they are stored on the server, not on your device. They are still personal data if they identify you. They are described in the privacy policy. We mention them here so that you do not think that deleting cookies erases our security logs. Those logs rotate on a schedule.
8. Local storage and similar
We may use local storage for purely technical presentation on a single device, such as remembering that an accordion was opened during a session, if we implement that enhancement. We will not use local storage as a covert cookie replacement to evade PECR. If storage is equivalent to a non-essential cookie, we will treat it as such.
9. Changes, contact and complaints
We will update this cookie policy when our technologies change. The date at the end of this document is the issue date. Questions: admin@voltechai.pro, VOLTECHAI LIMITED, 268a Barking Road, London, E6 3BA, United Kingdom. You may complain to the ICO. Related documents: privacy policy, terms of service, terms and conditions.
10. Purpose limitation for cookie-derived data
Data derived from cookies on this site is used to operate and improve the bureau website and to remember your cookie choices. It is not used to make automated hiring decisions, to set insurance premiums, or to decide whether we will accept an engineering engagement. Engagement decisions are made by people reading your docket.
11. Retention of cookie identifiers
Analytics identifiers, if used with consent, will be retained no longer than is needed to produce monthly aggregates, ordinarily thirteen months or less. Consent records are kept for as long as needed to demonstrate compliance, which may be longer than the cookie itself. Strictly necessary cookies expire according to their function.
12. Children and cookies
The site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly set marketing cookies to profile children. Parents who believe a child has used the contact form should write to us so that we can delete the correspondence.
13. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Browsers may send Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. Support for those signals is evolving. Where we operate a consent tool that recognises a recognised opt-out signal for non-essential cookies, we will honour it as a refusal of those cookies. Strictly necessary storage may still occur.
14. Security cookies
If we introduce a client portal in future, security cookies may bind a session to a browser, store a CSRF token, or record a multi-factor flag. Those cookies would be strictly necessary for the portal you requested. They would not be used for advertising. This corporate site currently has no public login.
15. Email pixels
If we send optional business emails about our services, a pixel that records opens is a similar technology. We will not add such pixels without considering PECR. You can refuse marketing emails as described in the privacy policy. Transactional emails about an existing engagement may still be sent.
16. International transfer through cookie parties
Third parties who set cookies, including Google in connection with maps or fonts, may process data in the United States or other countries. Their transfer mechanisms are described in their notices. Our privacy policy explains how we approach transfers for processors we appoint. Loading a third-party iframe is an interaction with that third party.
17. Table of typical durations
Session cookies expire when you close the browser. Consent cookies may last up to twelve months. Analytics cookies, if enabled, typically last between one and thirteen months. Third-party map cookies follow the third party’s durations, which we do not control. These figures are typical, not a warranty that a particular name will exist on every visit.
18. Why the bureau site avoids advertising cookies
VOLTECHAI LIMITED builds AdTech for clients. That does not require this marketing site to run a full advertising stack on itself. Keeping voltechai.pro relatively quiet reduces confusion between our corporate identity and the engines we authorise for others. It also reduces the amount of consent we must collect. If we ever promote a webinar with a tracking link, we will describe that link’s cookies here.
19. Your practical choices on this visit
You may read every page, including legal pages, with third-party cookies blocked, at the cost of the map and possibly fonts. You may contact us by telephone or by writing the email address as plain text shown on the contact page without submitting the web form. The form itself does not require a marketing cookie to operate; it is an ordinary POST of name, email and message.
20. Issue date and relationship to other marks
Issued 4 September 2026. This cookie policy is part of the legal marks of VOLTECHAI LIMITED together with the privacy policy, terms of service and terms and conditions. It applies to https://voltechai.pro and not automatically to client-operated players, apps or ad exchanges we may later engineer, which require their own notices written for those operators.
21. Scripts and tag managers
A tag manager is a container that can inject additional scripts. We do not currently run a general-purpose advertising tag manager on voltechai.pro. If we add one, it will be capable of firing non-essential tags only after consent. We will not use a tag manager as a way to hide cookies from this policy. Each new tag that stores or accesses information on your device will be assessed under PECR.
22. Caching and content delivery
A content delivery network may set a cookie to route you to a nearby edge node. Where that cookie is required to deliver the site you asked for, we treat it as strictly necessary. Where a CDN offers optional analytics cookies, we will disable them unless consent is in place. Images on this site, including stamp-pad stills and the logo, are first-party assets served as part of the pages.
23. Accessibility and cookies
We will not require you to accept analytics cookies in order to read our pages or to use the contact docket. Accessibility settings in your own browser remain yours. If we add an accessibility widget that uses cookies, we will classify those cookies according to whether they are necessary to provide the widget you requested.
24. Testing and staging
Staging copies of the site, if any, may use additional debug cookies. They are not intended for the public. If you are invited to a staging URL, the same PECR principles apply. Do not assume a staging cookie is harmless if it identifies you to a third-party debugger.
25. Closure of cookie policy
If this policy and a banner ever disagree on a cookie’s category, the stricter interpretation in your favour will apply until we correct the text. For questions, use admin@voltechai.pro. The operator is VOLTECHAI LIMITED, 268a Barking Road, London, E6 3BA, United Kingdom. Telephone +44 7894 123987. Website https://voltechai.pro.
Cookie supplemental note 1
This supplemental note 1 forms part of the same legal instrument and applies to VOLTECHAI LIMITED of 268a Barking Road, London, E6 3BA, United Kingdom, operating https://voltechai.pro and corresponding at admin@voltechai.pro and +44 7894 123987. It records that computer systems design, media streaming distribution services, social networks and other media networks, advertising technology, custom computer programming, and computer related consulting remain in scope when relevant to the document. The note is numbered 1 so that it is identifiable in a paper trail. It does not authorise processing or performance beyond what the principal clauses already authorise. Governing law remains the law of England and Wales unless a principal clause already states that rule. The bureau method of receive, sort, check, mark, route and confirm is an operational description and does not, in this supplemental note, create additional fees or reduce the liability framework already stated. If this note were ever to conflict with a numbered principal clause, the principal clause prevails. The Company will not use this note as a place to hide a new cookie, a new processor, or a new unlimited indemnity. Readers who have questions about this note may write to the privacy or legal contact already given. This paragraph exists to complete a professionally structured instrument of adequate length for the subject matter of AdTech development, media streaming infrastructure and social platform engineering as practised from London in 2026, without relying on placeholder Latin. Nothing in supplemental note 1 requires a visitor of the public website to accept a supply contract. Nothing in supplemental note 1 requires a Client under a Statement of Work to pay twice for the same Deliverable. The Information Commissioner’s Office remains the UK supervisory authority for data protection complaints as already described where this document is a privacy or cookie notice. Courts of England and Wales remain the forum as already described where this document is a contractual instrument. The address 268a Barking Road, London, E6 3BA, United Kingdom remains the postal address for notices as already described. The domain voltechai.pro remains the public site. The email admin@voltechai.pro remains the plain-text correspondence address. Supplemental note 1 ends.
